The Competition and Antitrust team advises national and foreign companies in all matters related to Colombian competition laws, and represents them in administrative and judicial proceedings before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Our team’s advice includes administrative investigations related to antitrust matters –cartels and unilateral conduct- as well as applications and proceedings under the leniency program and representation in dawn raids conducted by the SIC. Our team also has proven success in the preparation
and submission of notifications and pre-assessment requests to the SIC pursuant to merger control, having secured approval of complex transactions across a wide range of industries and markets.
