The Dispute Resolution Department is one of the pillars of PASBBA Abogados and has been key to the firm’s consolidation following the 2022 merger of ASB Abogados and P&BA Abogados. The team, composed of nine experienced lawyers and five legal assistants, handles a broad range of civil and commercial matters, including torts, contractual breaches, commercial claims, bankruptcies, corporate conflicts, family and inheritance disputes, and both national and international arbitration. With a preventive and business-oriented approach, the department works closely with clients’ management teams to design efficient legal strategies and mitigate risk.

The practice is led by Partner Pablo A. Pirovano, co-founder of PASBBA Abogados, arbitrator at the Business Center for Mediation and Arbitration (CEMA), and member of the Justice Commission of the Buenos Aires Bar Association. He is supported by Partners Martín A. Bello and Cecilia Muratorio, both co-founders of the firm with over 30 years of experience, together managing more than 1,100 active cases. The team also includes Associate Rosario Frers and a group of specialized litigators providing national coverage through a network of correspondents in Argentina’s 24 jurisdictions.

PASBBA leverages technology through its proprietary case management system, which allows efficient handling of more than 4,000 judicial processes, optimizing resources and documentation.
