Yasemin Çetinel
Yasemin Çetinel is the founding partner of Cetinel Law Firm and specializes in international construction law, international investment, and commercial arbitration, particularly in construction disputes.

As a counsel, she serves as a board member or arbitrator in numerous construction disputes at both dispute board and arbitration levels. A graduate of Galatasaray University, Faculty of Law, Yasemin is pursuing an MSc in Quantity Surveying at Heriot-Watt University and holds a postgraduate degree in International Commercial Arbitration from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London.

She is registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and represents contractors in various regions, including Eastern Europe, the Middle East, the Turkic countries, sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America. Yasemin has extensive experience with FIDIC/ICE-based contracts, EPC contracts, and ad hoc construction contracts, as well as in dispute board proceedings and investment arbitrations.

Özden Yüce Demir
Özden Yüce Demir is a graduate of Istanbul Bilgi University, Faculty of Law, and holds a master’s degree in International Commercial Law from the International Training Center of the International Labour Organization in Turin, Italy. She is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and serves as a mediator, trademark, and patent attorney. Özden specializes in intellectual property law, corporate law, commercial law, labor law, and consumer law. She has significant experience representing both domestic and international clients in various legal matters and has published a book on integrated circuit topographies in intellectual and industrial property law.

Ayşe Selcen Özcan
Ayşe Selcen Özcan graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2013 and obtained her first LL.M. degree in European Law from Leiden University as a Jean Monnet Scholar. She later completed a second LL.M. in Dispute Resolutions in International Law at Galatasaray University. Ayşe is a licensed attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association and has been with Cetinel Law Firm since 2016. Her practice focuses on international arbitration, investment arbitration, and dispute adjudication board procedures, particularly in international construction projects. She has represented clients in Europe, the Middle East, and the Turkic countries and served as a party representative and tribunal secretary in various institutional arbitrations.

Muhammet Bembeyaz
Muhammet Bembeyaz is a graduate of Istanbul University, Faculty of Law, and a senior associate at Cetinel Law Firm. A licensed attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association, Muhammet specializes in international arbitration, investment arbitration, and dispute adjudication board procedures, focusing on contract management and pre-contract risk analysis in international construction projects. He has authored contributions to the “International Construction Law” book and the Turkish chapter in a compendium project supported by the Society of Construction Law Australia. Muhammet is an active member of several international arbitration groups, including ICC YAF, Young ICCA, and LCIA YIAG.

Ebru Çetinel
Ebru Çetinel graduated from Özyegin University Faculty of Law and is a licensed attorney registered with the Istanbul Bar Association since 2020. She participates in local commercial arbitration procedures and provides consultancy on contracts and disputes related to international construction projects. Ebru also handles litigation in labor law, commercial law, and enforcement law.

Başak Kayrancıoğlu
Başak Kayrancıoğlu graduated from Koç University Faculty of Law in 2018 and completed her LL.M. in Commercial and Corporate Law at Queen Mary University of London. She is a licensed attorney with the Istanbul Bar Association and is part of the Cetinel Law Firm team, specializing in local commercial arbitration and international construction project disputes. Başak is also involved in the Artificial Intelligence Working Group of the IT Law Commission of the Istanbul Bar.

Aybüke Sezer
Aybüke Sezer is a graduate of Yeditepe University Faculty of Law and is currently an LL.M. student at Bahçeşehir University, focusing on Capital Markets and Commercial Law. She joined Çetinel Law Firm in 2023 after completing her legal internship and specializes in international commercial arbitration and the management of various stages of international construction projects.

Deniz Çınar
Zeynep Deniz Çınar has studied at Saint Benoit French High school. She graduated from University of Burgundy-Dijon of Faculty of Law in 2019 and she completed her master’s degree in International Commercial Law at the same university. Furthermore, she has gained experience in an international construction company and law firms. Currently, Deniz took her equivalency degree at University of Galatasaray and works as an associate at Cetinel Law Firm.

Ekin Kıranlı
Ekin Kıranlı has studied at Lycee Saint Benoit French High school. After graduating from Ozyegin University Faculty of Law in 2022, she completed her legal internship and registered to Istanbul Bar. She gained experience in different law firms. Moreover, she completed her LLM degree in International and Commercial Law at University of Greenwich, London with distinction degree and now works at Cetinel Law Firm.
