These include the full range of structured products as well as over-the-counter (“OTC”) and exchange-traded derivatives (which may be documented using International Swaps and Derivatives Association (“ISDA”) documentation, other industry standard documentation or bespoke agreements).

We provide advice on the relevant legal, regulatory, compliance and tax issues which arise in relation to these financial products and structures, and are actively involved in the structuring and documentation development of such products and structures (including assets securitisations, covered bonds and collateralised funding structures). We also advice on and document derivatives transactions for structured securitised or other capital markets products and related hedging arrangements.
