Advising Altice International S.à.r.l. on the successful refinancing of EUR 1.7 billion of Term Loans and on the raising of EUR 0.4 billion (equivalent) of new Term Loans (facilities agreement, security package and relevant conditions precedent).

Advising the European Investment Bank regarding the granting of a first-loss guarantee to Landesbank Baden-Württemberg (LBBW), with the aim to increase financing of small and medium enterprises in Germany and Europe.

Advising Lagfin SCA on the placement of EUR 536.4 million of new senior unsecured equity-linked bonds, with annual interest of 3.5%, and the concurrent repurchase of a nominal amount of EUR 327.4 million of the previous equity-linked bonds due 2025.

Advising River Rock European Capital Partners LLP in relation to their various Luxembourg securitisation vehicles, including the drafting of the base prospectus for a EUR 1 billion note issuance programme, and the various related securitization documents.

Assisting DBS Bank Limited regarding the Luxembourg law aspects in the context of the green loan financing provided to an affiliate of German privately-owned real estate office for the acquisition and refurbishment of an office building in Singapore’s central business district.

Assisting Berlin Hyp AG in the security and financing aspects of a EUR 76 million facility made available to Luxembourg incorporated borrowers for the acquisition of a residential portfolio of properties located in Germany.

Assisting Avellinia Capital, in conjunction with i80 Group, regarding the USD 200 million debt funding of the Spanish-based fintech platform RITMO, via a Luxembourg securitization vehicle.
