The arbitration tribunal ruled against BAKTI and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia;

Acted as legal counsel for RDMP Balikpapan JO in case number 44050/VII/ARB-BANI/2021 as the Respondent, filed by PT KMI Wire and Cable Tbk. The arbitration tribunal ruled that the Claimant’s arbitration petition was inadmissible due to an Error in Persona;

Represented PT Perkebunan Nusantara XI in an arbitration case before the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) and in the subsequent legal actions related to the arbitration award concerning losses arising from the failure of KSO HEU to fulfill its obligations in the revitalization project of PG Djatiroto.
