Annette specialises in corporate tax and incentives. She supports the HLaw team on the tax side and regularly advises on the UK tax aspects of a broad range of M&A and other types of corporate transactions.

Having spent more than a decade working for major global law firms, Annette has built up a considerable range of experience and expertise relating to cross-border M&A transactions as well as (whether or not part of an M&A transaction) advising on all the many kinds of management incentive schemes.

She also assists companies and investors seeking to obtain advance assurance from HM Revenue & Customs as regards VCT and EIS relief.

Annette is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation, where she sits on the Technical Sub Committee for Corporate Taxes.
