Alina is part of the Corporate team at Humphreys Law and works on an array of M&A and venture capital transactions.

Previously, she has worked in both London and Dubai for a Magic Circle law firm, where she has been involved in high-profile transactions across the retail, FIG and technology sectors. She has also gained experience of various areas of law having worked for an international CLPD training course provider in the Middle East and attending an international and human rights law course in Argentina.
