It has built and developed a true specialism in agricultural and rural matters – being recognised in particular for transactional work relating to farms and estates (with over £200 million worth of property transacted in the last year); secured lending for banks; development work (such as promotion agreements, options, joint ventures etc.); agricultural and equine litigation; all aspects of inheritance tax and trust work, employment issues, debt recovery; natural capital and more.
