Our skilled practice management team is well placed to advise on the most suitable barristers – both in terms of knowledge and seniority – and are not constrained by the traditional ‘silo’ approach. For example it may be that a planning Silk is lead counsel on a particular matter and that they are able to draw upon colleagues from the property, public, environment, rating and valuation, and/or public teams to bring their specialist knowledge to the case.

This often results in a winning strategy as legal issues can be considered in a holistic way and always with the pragmatic and practical approach to problem solving that characterises the Landmark approach.
