DELTA legal prides itself on having a diverse team of women and men. We have a near equal number of women and men employed at our firm and we are committed to maintaining a standard for gender equality in the workplace. We value diversity not only as beneficial to our society in the Czech Republic, but also because it allows us to ensure that we are offering our clients a range of legal perspectives. As underrepresented minorities continue to grow in the professional realm, we believe it is critical to stay ahead of the curve. We would like our firm to reflect the community that we serve. That is why we are committed to achieving a balanced work environment.

The majority of our firm’s associates are women, as well as our junior lawyers. Community

DELTA legal is an advocate for philanthropic ventures within the Czech business community. We value the preservation of Czech cultural and historic heritage. That is why we have supported and continue to support The Czech National Trust o.p.s, an organization who shares our values through managing a portfolio of properties and working with owners, volunteers, NGOs, and state organizations within the Czech Republic. We also proudly support the community theatre of Dolní Chabry.

We volunteer our legal expertise and advocacy skills to provide pro bono assistance to non-profit charitable organizations and selected disadvantaged individuals in our community. We believe that it is our duty to give back to our community, which is why we are committed to maintaining and continuing to foster a presence within it.
