We focus our initiatives through programs and processes that advance inclusivity, diversity, flexibility, work-life balance, and well-being in all its forms. 

  • Setting the tone from the top—our leaders uphold Deloitte’s Inclusive Leadership traits and are accountable for creating an inclusive everyday culture.  
  • Working toward gender balance—we have practices established to drive gender balance and remain focused on developing guidance and practical advice to promote gender equality.  
  • Fostering LGBT+ (Lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender and more) inclusion—our efforts are aligned with core areas of the UN standards, including respecting human rights, eliminating discrimination and providing support to ensure our professionals are empowered to thrive. 
  • Supporting mental health—we recognise the importance of good mental health in the workplace and provide integrated support in empowering  our people to seek help when needed. Our Employee Assistance Program provide independent and confidential counselling services to our employees and their immediate family.   
  • Talent initiatives—we recognise  the need for flexibility and choice and have implemented flexible working arrangements, agile workforce program and many more to support our people throughout their different career and life stages.
