Holding a law degree from Ain Shams University (2019) and a master’s in Private Law and International Trade Law (2022), Rahma is a registered legal consultant in Dubai, bringing extensive experience in managing a range of commercial disputes, including those involving commercial contracts, securities, financial institutions, fraud and misrepresentation, bankruptcy, enforcement, and shareholders’ disputes. Her practice is focused on cross-border matters and Arab Civil Law.
