The data protection team has been part of the law firm’s structure since its very beginning. Since 2013, the team has been steadily growing and now consists of several dozen members. Each team member possesses in-depth expertise in the field of data protection, as well as extensive experience in auditing and implementing data protection regulations.

As part of our specialization, we have participated in over 200 projects implementing the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We provide ongoing support and advice to nearly 100 entities in the field of privacy protection, also acting as Data Protection Officers (DPOs) or assisting DPOs in their day-to-day work.

In addition to substantive support, we also assist in designing business initiatives in line with the principle of data protection by design.

In 2024 and 2023, we were recognized as a leader in Division II of the Rzeczpospolita daily ranking in the field of personal data protection. In 2022, we received a recommendation in the Rzeczpospolita ranking in the area of personal data protection. In 2017 and 2019, we were recommended by Global Law Experts for our expertise in data protection.

Since 2018, our managing partner – legal advisor Dominik Lubasz, Ph.D. – has been recognized annually in the Chambers and Partners ranking in the “TMT: Data Protection” category. He was also distinguished as a “Leading Individual” in the field of “Data Privacy and Data Protection” in The Legal 500 ranking in 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, and 2020.
