Our Enforcement proceedings’ practice is co-headed by Martin Pradel and Alexandre Reynaud.

Our team acts to secure or defend against the enforcement of judgments and decisions handed down by French courts, in particular by means of:

• seizures of movable and immovable property; and
• judicial mortgages.

Our lawyers also have extensive expertise in proceedings related to the recognition and enforcement of:

• foreign court judgements and decisions; and
• international arbitration awards, both in France and in foreign jurisdictions.

Our lawyers have a strong track-record in the enforcement of judgments against sovereign States, under the provisions of the French anti-corruption law, Sapin II.

Finally, our team coordinates the work of international teams of foreign legal counsel involved in multi-jurisdictional proceedings.
