Which practices do you see growing in the next 12 months? What are the drivers behind that?
Over the next 12 months, our real estate advisory practice will continue to be our main engine of growth. The primary driver behind this is the current economic climate; investors are navigating complex market dynamics and need legally secure, risk-free structures now more than ever. Alongside this, we are heavily focusing on the intersection of law and technology, using new digital tools to enhance how we deliver these protective legal solutions.
What’s the main change you’ve made in the firm that will benefit clients?
We recently launched a direct online appointment tool on our website. It sounds like a simple upgrade, but it has completely transformed our accessibility. Clients can now reach us instantly and seamlessly when they need urgent guidance. This step, alongside our internal tech upgrades, has fundamentally accelerated and improved our overall client service processes.
Is technology changing the way you interact with your clients, and the services you can provide them?
Absolutely, and we are embracing it fully. Beyond our online appointment system, we have developed an internal AI application called “Law Manager.” What makes this tool so special is that it is 100% our own proprietary software, and every single associate in our firm contributed to its development. Because our entire team helped train and shape it, it perfectly fits our specific workflow. It handles our internal processes much faster, meaning we spend less time on routine tasks and much more time focusing on high-value, strategic advice for our clients.
Can you give us a practical example of how you have helped a client to add value to their business?
Recently, we guided a major investor through the complex legal process of acquiring a large-scale commercial property in Türkiye. Instead of just handling the standard title deed transfers, our legal team dove deep into the property’s zoning history and the existing tenancy agreements. We identified hidden legal encumbrances and poorly drafted lease terms that would have certainly led to lengthy eviction disputes and financial losses. We didn’t just flag the risks; we proactively stepped in, cleared the title restrictions, and drafted legally bulletproof contracts before the acquisition was finalized. By solving these legal hurdles upfront, we saved our client from years of potential litigation. For us, adding value means providing that absolute legal peace of mind so they can invest safely.
Are clients looking for stability and strategic direction from their law firms – where do you see the firm in three years’ time?
Yes, stability is exactly what clients are looking for today. When the market is unpredictable, they need their law firm to be their anchor. Reaching our 10th anniversary this year proves that we are that reliable anchor. In three years’ time, I see Eyüboğlu & Büyükatak continuing to lead the many sector, but operating as a highly tech-enabled firm.
