Marcus specialises in employment and discrimination, product liability and public law. As well as unitary claims, Marcus’ product liability work has included the PIP Breast Implant Group Litigation, DePuy Pinnacle Metal on Metal Hip Group Litigation, Mix-Match Hip Litigation and the Sabril Group Litigation.
