Position
Paul Emerson undertakes a mixture of commercial work in the Chancery Division, Queens Bench Division and the Commercial Court, as well as domestic and international arbitrations including several ICC arbitrations and ad hoc arbitrations. Work includes unfair prejudice petitions as well as contractual, partnership, shareholder, internal company disputes and professional negligence claims arising out of such disputes. He is frequently involved in insolvency related matters.
