Richard Cartwright specialises in high value clinical negligence and personal injury claims, especially those with complex loss of earnings calculations.  He is dual qualified; he maintains his membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.  Recent cases include spinal infection, neurotrauma and spinal injury, birth trauma, wrongful birth claims, fatal claims, and traumatic brain injury. He has recently acted in claims involving complex damages issues and overseas claimants (e.g. France, India, Australia, United States and New Zealand).
