Career

Called 2009. Before joining 7 Bedford Row Caroline worked as a research assistant with the commercial and common law team at the Law Commission. She has a busy civil practice and acts in a wide range of matters, including varied personal injury actions, clinical negligence, commercial and employment disputes. She has appeared in a large number of small claim and fast track trials, interlocutory applications and infant settlement hearings and has a substantial paper-work practice, providing written advice and settling pleadings. She has a particular interest in product liability and during pupillage assisted in ongoing multi-party action relating to ruptured breast implants (PIP). She is currently advising on several claims involving defective domestic appliances. Caroline also practices in family and crime.
