Emma is an associate in our Real Estate team.

She is a broad-based real estate expert, experienced in real estate finance, acquisitions and disposals, development, landlord and tenant issues and corporate support transactions.

Having qualified at Hugh James, Emma joined Acuity’s Real Estate team as a Solicitor in December 2018, and became an associate in July 2021.

Expertise:

• Advising institutional lenders in real estate finance transactions
• Drafting documents, such as contracts for sale, transfers and leases
• Drafting reports on title for both leasehold and freehold acquisitions and reporting to clients
