She focuses on acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, investments and company formations, and she is experienced in drafting sale and purchase agreements, disclosure letters and board minutes and resolutions.

Madeleine has particular expertise in the healthcare sector, having worked extensively with Portman Dental Care, the largest active acquirer of dental practices in the UK, on the sale and purchase of dental practices. She deals regularly with partnerships and expense-sharing arrangements, acting for both buyers and sellers.

Madeleine is also adept at the property-related aspects of wider corporate transactions, including commercial lettings, acquisitions and disposals.
