Co-lead Trinh Hoang is an expert in banking law, especially on the restructuring of debt facilities and acquisition finance.

DLA Piper’s energy and natural resources practice is widely acclaimed for its ‘extensive experience’ handling cross border and multi-jurisdictional project finance, development, M&A and disputes in the oil, power and mining spaces. The group is co-led by Russell Wilkinson, who leverages his expertise in the development, purchase and sale of LNG and gas assets and Carolyn Dong, who acts for overseas investors on acquisition financings, project development and joint ventures in the energy and infrastructure spheres.
