Hierbei ist man durch die routinierte Zusammenarbeit mit den internationalen Büros der Kanzlei oftmals im grenzüberschreitenden Kontext aktiv. Der grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionsarbeit widmet sich unter anderem Sebastian Decker; er ergänzt dies mit besonderer Sektorerfahrung in den Bereichen Transport und Manufacturing. Geleitet wird die Einheit gemeinsam von Benjamin Parameswaran (grenzüberschreitendes M&A und Gesellschaftsrecht in den Industrie- und Technologiebereichen) und Andreas Füchsel (PE, VC, M&A und Kapitalmärkte). Im Mai 2024 konnte man Murad Daghles (M&A und Joint Ventures im Immobilien- und Infrastrukturbereich) von White & Case LLP für sich gewinnen, während zeitgleich der in M&A-Transaktionen erfahrene Philipp Clemens zum Partner ernannt wurde. Im Januar 2025 verstärkte man sich zudem mit Sebastian Goslar (M&A, Gesellschaftsrecht, Corporate Governance, Umstrukturierungen) von Linklaters.
