Engaged by banks, property developers and investment funds, the real estate practice at DLA Piper advises on real estate finance and construction work, as well as handling a high volume of transactional matters. Led by Michal Hink, the team is active across the commercial, logistics and technology sectors. Hink has expertise in advising on build-to-suit projects, asset management, and major real estate acquisitions and disposals in the CEE region. David Padyšák assists energy and residential sector entities with planning and construction matters, and Leo Javorek assists domestic and global clients with financing work. Terezie Vondrášková and Lenka Chmielová have left the firm.
