Mr. Garau represents private equity sponsors and family offices on all aspects of their business and operations. He regularly advises fund sponsors on the formation and the governance of private investment funds and single purpose investment vehicles, including matters of regulatory compliance, internal arrangements and extraordinary events.  Mr. Garau has extensive experience drafting and negotiating fund documents, including private placement memoranda, limited liability company agreements, side letters, subscription agreements, and investment advisory agreements. With a strong foundation in securities laws and regulations, Mr. Garau adeptly navigates the complexities of private placement offerings, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk for clients.
