(Hall of Fame)Dentons has ‘one of the most dedicated securitisation practices in the market, where client service is at the heart‘. The firm continues to build on its strong track record in landmark public and private securitisations, forward flow arrangements, mortgage loan deals, trade receivables, corporate loan and trade finance transactions, and auto loan securitisations. Peter Voisey
, who has ‘built a very capable and experienced team that is able to cope with many transactions across several asset classes‘, and Edward Hickman, who has notable expertise in loan portfolio sales and emerging markets transactions, are the lead partners.
