Stephen is a senior corporate partner and specialises in UK and international M&A and private equity transactions. He also advises on joint ventures and other corporate matters.

Stephen has also led the legal input into a number of high-profile stressed and distressed M&A situations. Invariably these involve complex issues and many stakeholders with differing interests demanding rapid and creative solutions.

He has advised many leading UK and overseas companies and private equity houses, including Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, H.I.G. Capital, Montagu Private Equity, Peel Group and Landis+ Gyr. Stephen also advises entrepreneurially driven and other growth businesses.
