Career
Will is a partner in Dentons’ London office. He is a member of the Banking & Finance practice group.
Will’s core practice area consists of investment grade and cross-over credit lending with a focus on European cross-border work, together with direct lending advice to funds in the insurance sector. He has advised on numerous complex acquisition financings within this space and has experience advising both borrowers and lenders.
Will is also well versed in other complementary practice areas, having worked on various restructurings, margin loans, fund financings and emerging markets transactions. He has spent time seconded to two major global banks and the Singapore office with his previous firm.
