Position

Davide Boffi is a partner in Dentons’ Milan office and the Head of the Employment and Labor practice in Italy and Europe.

Davide has significant experience in employment and labor law, as well as in agency contracts.

He provides judicial and extrajudicial assistance to national and international clients and advice on reorganization processes, incentive plans, and collective agreements.

He also advises on retention and stock option plans.

Davide’s assistance includes drafting privacy policies, internal procedures and disciplinary codes.

Career

Davide joined Dentons as a partner in 2018. Prior to that, he was a partner of Ughi e Nunziante law firm.

• Speaker in the Master courses on Employment and Labour law for lawyers and HR managers organized by Il Sole-24 Ore.

• Speaker in several client seminars organized by specialized training companies with regard to Employment and Labor matters and Agency matters.
