Itxaso López is a partner in Dentons’ Real Estate practice in Spain.

Itxaso has been advising national and international investors on acquisitions, sales and real estate transactions for more than 15 years.
She has participated in numerous transactions involving the transfer and financing of all types of real estate, including portfolios of residential buildings, offices, shopping centers, medium-sized parks, hotels and logistics warehouses.

In recent years, he has also been involved in numerous transactions for the acquisition of plots for the development of real estate assets in the residential and logistics sector, advising on matters related to urban planning and construction.

She participates in the European group of Dentons that promotes and advises on ESG issues applied to real estate practice.
She is also a member of the association Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES) and Women in a Legal World collaborating in different commissions, working groups and mentoring initiatives.
