Career

Jesús is a partner and Head of the Banking and Finance practice at Dentons in Madrid. He joined Dentons from Cuatrecasas where he was also a partner.
Jesús has more than 25 years of extensive experience in advising financial institutions on corporate issues, and public authorities on commercial and regulatory issues, as well as advising credit institutions, insurance companies and investment service firms on all kinds of corporate transactions.

Jesús is the co-author of several publications, is a regular contributor to economic press, and regularly publishes doctrinal articles related to their specialization. Jesús is also directing a Master Of Access to the legal profession and the specialization program in financial markets in the Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles. He is also a speaker at courses and seminars.
