Jabier Badiola is the Managing Partner for Spain and Head in Dentons’ Banking and Finance practice in Spain. Jabier has been elected to the Europe Board at Dentons following a vote of the Europe Partners.
Jabier specializes in finance law and has more than 20 years of experience in major cross-border syndicated finance transactions, with a particular focus on general lending, asset finance, project finance, structured finance, corporate finance and debt restructuring. Jabier has extensive experience acting for lenders, borrowers and sponsors, with a particular focus on financial institutions and private equities in Europe and Latin America.
