Position

Michal Záthurecký is a Senior Associate and a member of the Corporate Practice Group in Dentons’ Bratislava office. Michal has experience in private international law, commercial law, and civil law. He has a professional record in advising a wide range of clients and matters in various corporate, financing, bankruptcy and transactional matters, such as mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganizations. Apart from his main focus areas Michal advises clients in enforcement and protection of their intellectual property law. Besides working for Dentons, he was also active in the area of public governance by advising in legal matters as an assistant to a Vice-Chairman of the National Council of the Slovak Republic and is an ad hoc lecturer at Comenius University in Bratislava and Trnava University.
