The practice is led by experienced M&A partner Petr Zákoucký and venture capital specialist Chris Watkinson. David Šimek arrived from Deloitte in February 2024.

Lukáš Výmola specialises in renewable energy matters, and Štefan Potočnák handles the contractual and regulatory aspects of infrastructure projects.
