Pascal Schmitz is a Partner and heads the Paris Real Estate group.
As a renowned property investment lawyer, Pascal has developed a strategic expertise in corporate real estate and in investment transactions (acquisitions and disposals, M&A) as well as in acquisition financing, joint ventures and in structuring investments including negotiating financing, partnership agreements and structuring funds.
In addition, he also has extensive experience in all areas of property management, such as commercial leases, development agreements and construction law.
Pascal advises German, French, European and US investment funds on transactions throughout France and Europe.
