Career
Juan Carlos Perez is an LLM graduate from the UC Davis School of Law with more than 21 years of experience in aviation law, consumer law, mining, corporate, insurance and contract law. He has been advising remarkable corporations in different matters related to the core of their business, such as administrative, corporate, labor, contracts, consumers, insurance, among others. Juan Carlos has been recognized as “The region’s leading business lawyers for Administrative Law” by LACCA; and as “Aeronautical lawyer in Ecuador” by Corporate INTL.
He has been teaching aviation law and consumer law for more than 10 years at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito.
Juan Carlos handled and advised two major airlines to carry out operations from/to Ecuador (Air France and Interjet), both of them begun operations last year.
