Career
Andrew is Head of Real Estate in our Dublin office. He has more than 30 years’ experience in Ireland’s property market, having worked on some of the largest property transactions in the country.
Andrew has experience working on all types of property development and investment transactions, having particular expertise in forward purchases; joint ventures; institutional portfolio property investment; loan portfolio acquisition; retail investment transactions; multi-family investment transactions; student accommodation investment transactions; nursing home investment transactions; and the use of ICAVs, QIAIFs and limited partnership structures for real estate. He is a regular contributor to national media and speaker at commercial property seminars.
