David Sonn is an extremely experienced in criminal defence lawyer. He has been instructed by high-profile clients in relation to fraud and money laundering, road traffic offences, phone hacking and corruption cases and other cases involving complex and lengthy investigations. His road traffic expertise ranges from minor speeding offences to more serious charges of causing death by dangerous and careless driving, dangerous driving, and driving with excess alcohol. David regularly appears in the magistrates’ and higher courts to represent his clients. He also has expertise in offences relating to breaches of planning enforcement notices, breaches of the HMO regulations, and health and safety prosecutions. David is a founding and committee member of the Association of Motor Offence Lawyers.
