Faye is a Senior Associate in our Lifetime Planning team.
Faye Stolls studied Law at Reading University and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University Law School in London.
Faye completed her training contract with Ashtons Legal and qualified as a Solicitor in September 2010. She now works in the Lifetime Planning department specialising in Wills, Trusts, Tax and Estate Planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney. Faye receives referrals from all over the England and Wales for the preparation of Personal Injury Compensation Protection Trusts.
Faye is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) having passed the post-graduate STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates in 2015. She is also a member of Bury Abbey Rotary Club raising funds for local organisations and charities.
Faye regularly assists clients with complex circumstances and she is understanding whilst remaining professional. She is easy to work with and is able to use her technical expertise to offer clients practical solutions to achieve their aims.
Faye enjoys meeting clients and establishing longstanding relationships with them; often advising many generations of the same family.
Outside of work Faye enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters and miniature dachshund, and can often be seen at weekends at Nowton Park. She is also a keen skier.
