He acts for both residential & commercial property developers and banks on all matters relating to property development, including site assembly, planning agreements, construction documentation and development financial agreements. Richard also advises companies on their property requirements. Richard has been involved in renewable energy transactions across the country involving solar parks and wind turbines acting for both developers and land owners. Richard has more than 19 years’ experience advising on real estate matters.
