Stephen is a Partner in the Private Wealth team who advises on a wide range of issues relating to individuals including Wills, estate planning, trusts, powers of attorney and capacity issues.
Stephen aims to help his clients to achieve their goals and solve their problems promptly and efficiently. He enjoys being able to relieve some of the pressure which can be applied by having to deal with the law at difficult or stressful times. He achieves this by assisting his clients in a friendly and pragmatic manner. Stephen is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and sits on the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners Global Steering Committee for Mental Capacity.
