Based in Tunbridge Wells, Davda has longstanding experience in commercial landlord and tenant disputes as well as professional negligence claims relating to both property and construction. Miles Paffard handles real estate disputes across a variety of sectors, including retail, infrastructure, and hospitality. Mike Scott and Richard Housley are standout lawyers in the team. Scott is recommended for developer disputes, right to light claims, and restrictive covenants, while Housley is skilled with matters relating to property insolvency and leasehold enfranchisement.
