Position

James is managing partner of Cripps, as well as a partner in the corporate practice. He has considerable experience in acting for businesses of all sizes across a range of sectors with a particular emphasis on complex M&A and banking transactions.

Many of the clients James works with are in the insurance sector where he advises businesses on their growth and exit strategies. He also specialise in working with and delivering transactions for complex shareholder groups who often have diverse or conflicting interests.
