Rebecca Pereira is a counsel in the Tax, Pensions & Employment Group of Clifford Chance, based in New York. Her practice focuses on partnership and corporation taxation with an emphasis on investment funds, real estate, and REITs.
Rebecca has experience providing tax and structuring advice for a wide variety of international financial and business transactions, including private equity investments, investment funds, cross-border real estate transactions, cross-border financings, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
