I qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and joined Child & Child in 2021. I have gained extensive experience in handling a wide range of conveyancing transactions. I specialise in acquisitions and sales of freehold and leasehold properties, financing and refinancing of individual properties, transfers of equity, voluntary lease extensions, and right to buy.

• I have acted on many shared ownership transactions, including acting for both buyers and sellers of shared ownership properties.
• My clients include developers’ needs in relation to freehold and leasehold plot sales.
• I have acted on many high value complex transactions including equity release and bridging finance.
