He has extensive experience acting for funders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate finance transactions, including senior and mezzanine investment and development debt finance. He regularly deals with complex intercreditor agreements and joint venture arrangements. He has a reputation for being pragmatic and having a solution focused approach.
