Luke has several years of post-qualification experience advising corporates on acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of sectors. He has been working in the legal industry in the UK for over a decade.
He acts for a number of the firms longstanding clients in the healthcare, hotels and leisure, retail, energy and manufacturing and other sectors, giving him exposure to a wide range of corporate/company matters including share sales, acquisitions, business sales and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and shareholder arrangements. Luke also has extensive experience working on international transactions involving overseas jurisdictions.
