Mark is one of the leading tax lawyers in the North West, being a dual-qualified solicitor and Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and having worked in leading law firms and a Big 4 accountancy practice for over two decades. He is a ranked lawyer in Chambers and a ‘leading individual’ in Legal 500, with clients describing him as “very commercial, pragmatic and good to deal with” and “incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and explanatory”. Mark focuses on transaction work (both corporate and real estate) providing tax advice in relation to company mergers, disposals and reorganisations, shareholder tax advice and negotiating transaction documents, alongside a broad real estate tax and VAT practice advising investors, property developers and occupiers.
