Jae advises trustee, corporate and public sector clients on all aspects of pensions law and has been a pensions lawyer for over 15 years and has experience in helping clients through a number of high-profile matters and regulatory investigations.

Jae works on complex funding and  technical projects and manages multi-discipline teams to deliver the best outcomes for clients.  A specialist in investment and regular speaker on ESG and non-financial factors, Jae helps clients navigate the developing investment regime.  He also works on complex M&A transactions and assists clients with pre-transaction pensions structuring and dealing with post-Completion harmonisation issues and debt apportionments.
